Benefits of Pilates

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that may help increase flexibility, build muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, strengthens abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It focuses on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core, while improving coordination and balance. The Pilates' system allows for exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced to suit each individual client. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.
